Mr. Riaz Bangash is a seasoned banker and possesses rich experience in banking spanned over 30 years+. He has good knowledge and understanding of commercial, SME, Consumer and Microfinance banking. He holds an MBA degree from IBA-Karachi and JAIBP (with distinction in credit management) from Institute of Bankers Pakistan. He has attended several strategic level training programs at Frankfurt Business School, LUMS, British Council, World Bank, Stephen Covey, IBP, etc. Prior to joining NRSP MF Bank, he had been associated with Habib Bank Limited, Askari Bank Limited and The Bank of Khyber.
Mr. Asif Mahmood

Mr. Asif Mahmood is Chartered Accountant by profession. He is a seasoned finance Professional having more than 10 years of local & international experience in arena of Finance and IS Implementation with well-known organizations. He completed his CA Articleship from Deloitte and also worked in International Office of Deloitte in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Obaid Riaz

Mr. Obaid Riaz, a seasoned banking professional, brings over 20 years of extensive management and leadership experience in the Microfinance sector. Holding an M.com in Finance and certified by the Boulder Microfinance Training Programme (Italy), he commenced his career at Khushhali Microfinance Bank, later contributing his expertise to U.Microfinance Bank across various roles, notably in Retail Sales. His distinguished strengths lie in proactive planning, adept problem-solving, and a dynamic approach to revenue generation, coupled with the strategic implementation of procedures and systems to navigate challenges.
Mr. Muhammad Hamid Anwar

Mr. Muhammad Hamid Anwar has more than 13 years diversified Microfinance and Commercial Banks experience including a decade long experience in compliance function. Before joining NRSP Microfinance Bank in 2017; he had worked at U Microfinance Bank, Kashf Microfinance bank and ABN-AMRO Bank, at different positions. His expertise and ambit of responsibility includes Compliance Risks management, Regulatory Compliance, Oversight of AML & CFT Desks functions, Branchless Banking Compliance, Coordination with Regulatory bodies & LEAs, Monitoring & Resolution of regulatory observations, AML/CFT and Compliance risk related Trainings, investigations and branch banking compliance. He holds Masters degree in Commerce and has certificate in AML/CFT compliance from The Institute of Bankers Pakistan.
Mr. Muhammad Naeem

Mr. Muhammad Naeem, is an accomplished Fellow Cost and Management Accountant with over 19 years of extensive expertise in corporate governance, financial management, control, audit, reporting, and secretarial roles across public, private, and microfinance sectors. He holds the prestigious Dr. Shoaib Gold Medal, awarded by the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.
Mr. Muhammad Ali

Mr. Muhammad Ali is a seasoned financial services professional with nearly two decades of experience across international, regional, Islamic, and microfinance banking. He has led risk and credit functions in leading institutions, driving regulatory compliance, governance, and portfolio resilience. Known for his visionary leadership, he has successfully implemented enterprise-wide risk frameworks, liquidity management strategies, and digital credit solutions that strengthened institutional stability and financial inclusion. At NRSP Bank, he heads the Risk function, ensuring robust risk governance, credit discipline, and alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives.

Mr. Rehan Qazi, a seasoned banking professional with MBA in banking and finance & Masters in Economics. He has 23 years of vast and diversified experience of commercial, Islamic and microfinance banks including KASB bank, Bank Islami, National savings and NRSP Microfinance bank. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in branch banking, operations, service quality, administration and Business departments.
Mr. Shakil Ahmad

Mr. Shakil Ahmad has a diversified progressive experience of 12 Years + in both Islamic & Conventional Microfinance banking. He possesses extensive hands-on experience in different management positions. In these position, Mr. Shakil has demonstrated his expertise to lead and manage Microfinance , MSME, Housing finance, Solar finance ,and deposit value streams. He has attended multiple international training programs like Green finance ( Dushanbe, Tajikistan) and Frankfurt School of Business and finance ( Frankfurt, Germany). Mr. Shakil holds a master degree in Economics.
Mr. Asif Bukhari

Mr. Asif Bukhari is a seasoned banking professional with over 25 years of extensive leadership experience in banking in Pakistan & Overseas markets. He holds MBA Finance degree with distinction and University Gold Medal in both BBA & MBA programmes. He has vast and diversified experience of branch banking operations, commercial banking, SME/consumer, credit & risk management and Islamic banking. Mr. Bukhari started his banking career as MTO in Askari Bank Pakistan and later has worked in various leadership roles in Emirates Islamic Bank UAE, HSBC Bank Middle East.
